Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Tap In Case tags, profiles, and related services. By activating or scanning a tag, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
- - Use tags and profiles only for lawful purposes.
- - Keep information accurate and avoid adding data you are not comfortable showing to responders.
- - No misuse, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
Service and availability
Tap In Case is provided “as is” without warranties. We work to keep the service available, but downtime or interruptions may occur. In any emergency, call local emergency services first; Tap In Case is supplemental.
Accounts and security
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Charges and connectivity
You are responsible for carrier, data, or call charges that arise when using or scanning a tag.
Updates to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the site or your account email.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap In Case is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid to use the service in the prior 12 months.
